Me and my friends had a sick time chilling by the pool and hitting up the fitness room. The swimming pool was huge and perfect for some fun water games. And the fitness room had all the equipment we needed to pump iron and stay active. Plus, the hotel was super clean, which was a major bonus. Can't wait to go back and have another epic adventure!

The only thing that could have been better was the nightlife scene. As young party-goers, we were hoping for more awesome parties and events at the hotel.

I've found very few signs indicating how to get at hotel, from the town. Breakfast had very limited selection of cookies and cakes to choose.

Located amidst nature with fresh air and forests, this hotel is perfect for a rejuvenating getaway. The clean pool and free fitness facilities cater to sports enthusiasts. The delicious and healthy meals served in the hotel restaurant are a refreshing change. The spacious and comfortable rooms are a treat. The kids room is stocked with toys and the swimming area, although small, is pleasant. The breakfast spread is excellent. a positive experience, especially for families, with various amenities like outdoor playground, indoor playhouse, and facilities for children. The 4-star rooms are particularly comfortable and well-equipped. The apartment in the 4-star section is spacious and well-furnished, with a central living room and a kitchenette. The hotel offers a range of services including spa, gym, sauna, conference center, and ample parking. The staff is welcoming with a 24-hour reception. The hotel also provides free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, locker room, and a bar/lounge area. A truly enjoyable stay!

The apartment in 4star's section was really spacious. It's two level apartment with three rooms (2xdoublebed and 1xsinglebed). Central point of apartment is living room with nice tv set and kitchen annex equipped with good coffee machine.

The staff made their best however it seems like there's not enough people in the restaurant for the breakfast time. The tables weren't cleaned and even if requested no one arrived to clean the table. It needs a bit of management attention. The hotel is split into two sections, 3 star and 4 star one. This causes a bit of problems as the level of service provided by hotel is at 3 star level. For example the restaurant where breakfast for 4star guests was served is located in 3star section of the hotel which is not an issue by itself but as mentioned above they do not have enough people to even clean the tables not talking about any attendant. To get an omelette I've had to first find someone from the staff which wasn't that easy. Also there are no names in front of plates during breakfast time. One other example might be that when we've arrived we've been first informed that the room is not ready yet which is not an issue by itself but together with suggestion that we should wait at the bar there was no suggestion that i.e. we can have a coffee on the hotel. Later when the room was supposedly ready already, it happen that there were towels left blocking doors to the apartment and bathroom to keep the doors open. Surprisingly in the bathroom we've found that flush for toilet cistern is disassembled and on the toilet heater is left connected to the current by unsecured wiring. Should we be informed about this in advance when getting keys to the room it wouldn't be a problem at all however it was a big surprise to see something like this entering the only apartment in this 4 star hotel. All in all we were very happy with the level of service provided by the hotel's staff and we've had spent good time. The hotel needs just a bit of snagging and all will be almost perfect. :)

I chose this hotel for attending a business appointment and I was pleased with the conference and training center they have. The facilities were well-maintained and the staff was professional and accommodating. it provided a convenient and comfortable experience for my work needs.

The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center with office equipment and services such as printing and photocopying. Having access to these amenities would have been beneficial for my work-related tasks.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location near the mountains was absolutely breathtaking. We were able to enjoy the fresh air and beautiful surroundings all around us. The service here was top-notch, with friendly staff at the reception desk and a warm welcome drink upon arrival. Our room was spacious and comfortable, equipped with all the necessary amenities such as a flat-screen TV, a mini-bar, and a seating area. We also appreciated the convenience of room service and the option for in-room breakfast. The spa and wellness centre was a haven of relaxation, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi available for our use. The massages and beauty treatments provided here were pure bliss. Additionally, the sun terrace and heated swimming pool added an extra touch of luxury to our experience. we were thoroughly impressed with the comfort and quality of service at this place.

This hotel is highly recommended for families, as there are plenty of amenities and activities for children.

the stay at spa & wellness hotel exceeded my expectations. the room was spacious and well-equipped with a kitchen annex and a nice tv set. the staff was friendly and helpful, and they even assisted us with printing our bus tickets. breakfast was fantastic and the views from the balcony were excellent.

The surroundings of the hotel are quite pretty and the views from higher floors are nice. the swimming area is small, but nice, and there is a good selection for breakfast.

The hotel seemed very noisy and there were many unruly children running around, which made it difficult to relax.

The hotel offered a great breakfast selection and there was a nice outdoor playground for children to enjoy. the location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions such as snow tubing. the wellness facilities were a nice bonus and added to the relaxation during the weekend stay.

The hotel lacked some attention to detail, with a lower level of cleanliness and staff not being overly friendly. Parking was an additional charge, which was disappointing.

New Year at this hotel was amazing! The location was perfect, with stunning mountain views and great access to local attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we had a fantastic stay. The spa and wellness facilities were top-notch, and we enjoyed the treatments and massages available. The food was delicious with a range of options to choose from.

The only negative aspect of our stay was that the pool was small and deep, which made it difficult for non-swimmers and children. the gym was limited in terms of equipment and space.
